While we do use high quality premium products/tools with detail and dedication, unfortunately we have no control over your healing process (especially those with a past previous cover up tattoos or problematic skin). Every client heals differently and at different rates, many factors can lead to varied results. We cannot offer any guarantees for successful healed results and perfect symmetry/proportions. Please note that additional touch-ups may be required for optimal outcomes. The use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look. We do not offer REFUNDS on any services. For more information, WE recommend to schedual consolation video or in person. DEPOSIT All appointment require a deposit to secure a booking that goes towards your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment if a notice of 72 hours prior to initial appointment is given. Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. MISSED APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY Part of our success as a small business depends on mutual respect of time. We require at least 72 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you miss your appointment (NO SHOW) without giving any notice, you will be charged 100% of the value of your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancelation within 72 hours of the procedure your booking fee (deposit) is lost to schedulenew procedure $100 depositnot forfeit is required. Cancelling within 24 hours or a no-show results in a cancelation fee of 50% of the service price.
Please understand that our artists' time is valuable. Fancy Shmancy PMU Clinic appreciates customers giving as much notice as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. All permanent makeup appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to book. All Paramedical tattooing procedure required $100 deposit required to reserve the time for you .Fancy Shmancy deducts the deposit from the final balance. Consultation is an essential part of the procedure, that takes approximately 60 minutes and needs to be booked in advance. This payment of $50 goes towards your booked service as a credit.
Any procedure that will be get scheduled the carbon file will be charged with a deposit right away to secure your session.
15 min late without a notice unfortunately the appointment will not be preformed and have to be rescheduled 50% will be charge for missing appointment. NO SHOW 100% FEE CHARGE the rest of the credit appointment after deposit was paid.
